Hi,
I am doing a one name study of the Rossiter family tree and am looking for information please about the parents, grandparents and siblings of Ernest Rossiter,who married Harriet Ann Inwood (born circa 1862 Newington, daughter of Richard William Inwood & Mary Ann Stevens) in the December Qtr of 1882 in Milton.
Any information would be greatly appreciated please. TIA.

Thanks for that.
The link to the site was very helpful.
Selected marriage and input Rossiter, Ernest and 1882 as year of marriage.Found an entry at 130 Register SMILT/4
Did the same for Harriet and found entry at 131 Register SMILT/4. Looks like they were consecutive entries in the register.

Just tried the same thing for Alfred Roots and Sarah Albright and came up with the same information.
Just wondering if the person who gave me the information misread the information and linked up Harriet with Ernest.
I found Ernest as a single man here:-
http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/Census/household_record.asp?HOUSEHOLD_CODE=1881BR_1047538&HOUSEHOLD_SUB=1&frompage=99
In my database his year of birth is 1859 not 1856 in the census.
In the 1891 Census it might be Ernest and Sarah ( born 1861 in Peckham, Surrey) rather than Ernest and Harriet.
