Goodridge in Dorset

Trying to track down Henry & Elizabeth Goodridge, All I have is that they were born in Taunton 1770 - 1780 and married there in 1807. I have also found deaths (Free BMD) of a Henry (4th Qtr 1843) and an Elizabeth (1st Qtr 1848) in Wimborne but can't find any record of them (anywhere) in 1841 census. I would be grateful if anyone could come up with any other information. Thanks.

Hello, I have ggg grandparents William Goodridge who married Elizabeth Tucker in Dorchester in 1851. They had Elizabeth Goodridge b. 1858 Weymouth who married William Trevett b. 1851 and moved to the Isle of Wight. I haven't explored William's line yet and wondered if he might be connected to your Goodridges. If nothing else it might suggest a few more areas where you may find yours. Regards, Deoxy

Hi. There might well be a connection between our 'Goodridges' but, unfortunately, I haven't to date come across the names that you mention. I'll let you know if they turn up in my search. Regards - Cynfran
