Hi all
I think John was in Ickford 1841 here, aged as 15 http://www.brazellnuts.com/ukbrazells/census/1841/ickford.html With a Thomas BUNCE age 65 and Sophia BUNCE aged 60 - possibly grandparents?
Ickford only had 374 residents in 1841.
Looking at the actual image, I think the name has been written as BUNCIE and John's age could be 13.
IGI has a Thomas BUNCE and wife Sophia had a daughter Abby BUNCE chr Jul 1806 Ickford. Wonder if this is your "Hebe".
There is also an IGI marriage 1805 Ickford of Thomas BUNCE and Sophia ROLPH.
Not sure if you are already aware, but "Natural child" in this context and times, would mean John was born out of wedlock.
Cheers AMBLY
