My gt uncle James Matthew Kendrick was born 1904 and killed in the blitz.

Found this about him on the CWGC site.

Civilian war dead, age 36 on 11/01/1941

Of Midhurst Avenue, died at Mayday hospital.

I don't know if he was married or had any children, and wondered if anyone has access to past electoral roles and possibly see who else was at that address at that time? Or any other suggestions? Thanks.

Forgot to mention, he was born in Wolverhampton, am yet to find out why he moved to Surrey. (odd thing is I was also born W-ton and now live about 2 or 3 miles from Croydon.)
