Hi:
Following on from my McClelland lookup, I'm wondering where wife Elizabeth McClelland could be in 1901? She was born in 1871 in Sunderland.
Husband Hugh and children are shown at their home address of 12 Durham Street, Hartlepool, Hugh still says he's married.
I found their young daughter Sarah died in 1895, age 5, but couldn't find a death for Elizabeth (on Free BMD website).
As posted by another kind lister when Hugh dies in 1905 he's shown as beloved son of.... Is it strange he wasn't shown as beloved husband of Elizabeth?
Any help would be appreciated.
