What other names appear in the same qtr, district and page as the marriage of Benjamin Robert Bellamy?

That's a far better strategem.

look for the marriage on freebmd.

When you see the results, click on the page number and it will state the other names transcribed to that page.

After that' it's a process of elimination.

If there are two women; Phoebe and Eliza

If the wife's Eliza in census, then he didn't marry Phoebe...

Here she is (probably) in 1871 census

RG10/4951 folio 56 page 6
Ellis Hill, Hunstonworth, Weardale, Durham
DODD
James     Head 29  Shepherd  Cumberland     Alston
Mary    Wife 24         Durham Rookhope
Thomas    Son 4                  Rookhope
Mary J    Dau 3                     Hunstonworth
Charles A Son  1                      "
John J    Son 2 months                        "

The marriage certificate would show you Mary Jane's father's name and occupation to be sure this is the right family

No Walker in their marriage either, so perhaps it comes from the Bellamy side?

marriage  Sep 1866  Weardale    10a   313
Dodd    James   and  FORSTER    Mary

The WALKER is from the previous generation.
From earlier censuses Benjamin was born in Bedfordshire, son of William and Eliza Bellamy. William was unmarried in the 1861 census but started having children shortly after it.

Marriage:
Sep 1861
Bedford 3b 426
William Bellamy

There is no wife down for this reference, but there is:
Sep 1861
Bedford 3b 406
Eliza Walker

This is clearly the right person; there has been a transcription error.

1871 RG10/4951 folio 29 page 11
45 Vicarages, Frosterley, Stanhope, Durham
BELLAMEY
William     Head 32 Quarryman
Eliza    Wife 31
William J  Son 9    Scholar
Benjaman R Son  7      "
Kate E Dau 4           "
Annie M Dau 2
Mary J  Dau  4 months
all born Kempston Bedfordshire except Mary J born Stanhope Durham

their marriage Sep 1861 Bedford    3b 426
Bellamy    William   but on freebmd no spouse shown so you may need Benjamin's birth cert to find out his mother's maiden name

edit: Richard, well done, that was my next idea, to look for a possible Walker in the same quarter  Smiley
