Hi
Honor is an unusual name, and in 1841 and 1851 the only one of that name in Wroughton was married to a Joseph Green......pity the parish registers arent on IGI

Well thank you so much Ewan and Marymog,.......Daisypetal I sleep tonight. That is her and what you found has proved exactly what I hoped had happened. That Honor had married and her first husband may have died, leaving her free to marry Joseph Green....
I would like to thank all three of you for your kind assistance - brilliant -
Best wishes. Sue

I am so glad and delighted for you now that you have sorted out 'Honor', I know how you feel.
That was good work by Daisypetal to find that marriage for you. When you mentioned to me that Honor's sister, Mary Ann, was married at Bristol believe it or not I contacted the website 'Parish Register Look Up Exchange to ask them if they could do a look up at St Augustine Bristol, that was just over 2 weeks ago.
I don't know if your help covers St Augustine the Less Bristol, so I will give you details in case you are able to help. I am looking for a marriage of a Honor Harris she was baptised in 1798 and the marriage would of taken place up to 1833. I say 1833 as she remarried in that year.
Honor's sister Mary Ann Harris was married in the same parish to a James White Prince in 1822, so I am hoping that a marriage can also be found there for Honor.
I have contacted them previously about a look up in December of last year and again for this last one, but unfortunately I have heard nothing back regarding any of them.
Anyway, glad to hear you can sleep now, it does help when the ancestors are revealed.
All the best Ewan

I am relatively new at this and have found it a great help to have had your kind assistance now and in the past. You sound as though you know exactly how I feel. I have not had a lead in any direction for over six weeks. So on to the next lost soul.
Again, I have really appreciated your advice and help.
