Do you know anything more about Winifred ?
Given that they were married in 1921 in Christchurch, Hants, there are two possible Winifred A Luthers born there:
Winifred Alice Q4. 1896
Winifred Anna Q3. 1907
But without knowing her middle name or approx date and place of birth - no knowing whether or which might be her.
Found one birth reg. Boyland / Luther in Q1 1825 for Arthur, in Mere, Dorset.
May be more - need to trawl the bmd.
The marriage certificate would give you father's names.........

Thank you for that.looks about right.The Winifred I have was born circa 1898so the Alice might be the one,also there is note of an Arther circa 1924,so probably on the right track.
This all came across to me to-day from a fellow researcher asking to view my tree which is on Genesreunited,but I rarely give permission to view until I have researched a little about the individuals thay ask about.This particular person who has my surname was born in Brazil.
Also,on my tree I do have a John Boyland married to Elizabeth Case.

Just came up with more info,but it makes the Frank you found unlikely. first because The Frank who was son of John and Elizabeth was married to Gladys Culliford,and now I have been given siblings to Arthur Frank,born Halstock.sister Phyllis born 1890 Chard and sister Edna born 1899 Somerset,
Arthur and Winifred had Arthur 1923 and Raymond 1927,so still a bit puzzled,thank you for all your efforts on this,much appreciated.

Just to say, I have found Raymond: registered Q2. 1927 Beaminster, Dorset.
Arthur was registered Q1. 1925 Mere Dorset.
I searched 1922 - 1924 and there was no other.
Also found 3 Boyland children, mother Culliford:
Gladys M Q2. 1921 Pontypridd, Glamorgan
Royston Q2. 1923 Cardiff, Glamorgan
Bessie Q3 1924 Pontypridd, Glamorgan
Tiz a puzzlement  
I have not as yet found a Boyland / Culliford marriage.

british army ww1 army records-
arthur frank boyland born chard somerset aged 23yrs and 11 months looks like trade says shoving/shoring smith he states he had lived out of his fathers home for at least 3 years,he was unmarried and had no criminal record.signed up at bournemouth on 6th nv 1914 he definately states born chard.
is this your man?
