Looking for trhe parents of Harriet Franklin

Hi All,

I'm trying to find the parents of my 3G grandmother Harriet Franklin.  She was born in Waltham Abbey around 1813 (should I also post this to the Hertfordshire board given possible confusion over Waltham Abbey/Waltham Cross).  She married Edward Austing on 25th Jan 1835 in St. Pancras.

Does anyone have access to Waltham Abbey parish records?

Any help greatly appreciated.
