John Webb and his Wife Mary

Basic info please about John Webb c 1795 Shropshire and his wife Mary (possibly Moore) c 1798.

They had 7 children that I know of Elizabeth b 1818, Mary , Sarah, Matilda, Amelia, Henry & Ann b 1831 all in Shrewsbury I think. Amelia was my great great great grandmother.

The mystery is that the family moved to Burley, W Yorkshire but the parents only appear on one census and then all the children seem to have been raised by the elder sister.

I know very little about John and Mary if anyone can help me at all, where they were born, their parents etc? John could have been a ropemaker.

There’s a John Webb christened  28th January 1798  at Cressage, Shropshire ( about 4 miles SE of Shrewsbury ). Parents William Webb and Elisabeth.
