Could this be Mabels marriage??
Mabel D Sayer married Percy R Dale 1914 dec quarter Fulham greater London/London/Middlesex 1a 786
Mabel Dorothy Sayer born 1894 sept quarter Aston Warwickshire sept quarter 6d 300
According to the CWGC death of C B Sayer they were living in the Saltley area of Birmingham 1917

I don't know if this will help but there appears to be an Edward Sayer living at 140 Ash Road, Saltley Ward in 1912.
At the same address in 1925 is a Mabel Dorothy Hutton (Sayers daughter ?) and a Leo Byron Hutton
