'Honest Dodworth' - where can I get a copy?
« on: Friday 09 May 08 21:32 UTC (UK) »

I've recently been told of a book called 'Honest Dodworth' which features many old photos of Dodworth in days gone by.  I believe it has pictures of at least one of my ancestors, and would really love to get hold of a copy.

I've looked all over the internet to no avail, and phoned WH Smith and another bookshop in Barnsley,  but both were unable to help... can anyone on here??

Hopefully....

Hi Possum.

Barnsley Council appear to be advertising "Honest Dodworth 2" for sale £9.50.

www.barnsley.gov.uk          (Archives & Local Studies)

They have a list of items  for sale that might be of interest.
