I dont use my Ancestry Tree anymore, but is there not a column on the right hand side of the main name where you add siblings/parents

Hi Erin,

I use Ancestry daily, it's my favourite by far of any of the on-line databases, but it does take a little bit of getting used to!

If you are in the 'pedigree view' of your tree, just double click on the person's name and it takes you into a 1 page profile of that person.  As long as you have a spouse listed for that person, you will find on the right a column that will list the spouses name and under that it will say "Add Child".  Just click on that and you will find a screen comes up asking you for details.  After that just follow the prompts.  Make sure that you "save changes" at each stage though, or you will find yourself having to do it all over again, like I did a few times.

Good luck, if you have any problems just PM me!

regards,
Jill
