Hi Peggy Have you any idea of whereabouts in East Yorkshire the marriage might have taken place?
Just wondering if the IGI entry for William Meggeson and Ann Driffield at Holy Trinity, Hull is a possibility even though the date of 19 September 1825 is a bit outside your search area.

I've done a parent search of the IGI, but no success in finding any children, but that doesn't mean that they didn't have any, just that they aren't on the IGI.
I've also had a look on the 1841 census, but with so little to work on I couldn't find any obvious candidates.
