Profile Problem

Can anyone help.....tried updating my profile on a number of occasions, but it is not saving the changes!!!!!

Hi Paul,

When you go into the update page - make sure you press the button on the bottom right - "Change Profile"

Think that should then work

Yes....I update my profile last week with a logo, surnames DOB etc and clicked "Change Profile"......nothing. Tried again same day....nothing and tried again twice today. It appears that when I enter the information and click change profile that it clears the screen.

I've just added a bit to mine and it worked - so try one thing at a time - just alter your name and try "Change " and see what happens

With some changes in your profie you need to enter your existing password to apply the changes (that's just in case "somebody" changes your profile to hilarious things when you go to put the cat out or something!!)  Grin

It looks like the image I was trying to add was too big and it was not updating as a result.
