Hi
I cannot find a marriage to prove this, but the age, birthplace and the visitor suggest that this might be her.....

Despite the ages shown, I think that this could be William and Mary Swift living with her mother and brother.....

Mary Whitworth 35 (sic) Innkeeper Richard do 30 William Swift 30 Stone Cutter Mary do 35
Risinglowe, Upper Hallam & Dore, Sheffield
On the Ancestry transcription William and Mary Swift are shown as 50 and 55 but I think their (rounded down) ages should be as I have shown them above.

Hi DS Thank you very much for the information. Mary's second name is Nowell. I am helping a lady at one of our Family History days and has something of Mary's of when she was age 8. The lady I am helping also came from Sheffield. I was unable also to find the Marriage of Mary so the information you have given us will help us to find any of Mary's living relatives. Thank you once again Chris

The placename in 1861 and 1841 (and probably in 1851) is Ringinglow(e).
Burial at All Saints, Ecclesall:
SWIFT Mary Nowell buried: 8 Jan 1882 address: Ecclesall, Alms Hill age: 78
and this looks like her husband...
SWIFT William buried: 30 Apr 1867 address: Ringinglowe age: 59
This church has a very large graveyard and they offer a search service (at a price for any but the basic details already listed above):
http://www.ecclesall.parishchurch.org.uk/page.php?page=69
This may be Mary in 1871, with the enumerator possibly hearing 'Bretton' as 'Burton':
1871 census piece 4666 folio 41a page 13 Watery Lane (Ranmoor Village, Upper Hallam)
Mary SWIFT Head Wid 67 no occupation YKS Burton
Marriage at Sheffield Parish Church (SS Peter & Paul, now the Anglican Cathedral) volume C page 236 entry 707 (Volume covers Feb 1833 to Jan 1834)
William SWIFT Mary Nowill WHITWORTH
This is from an index. To learn the precise date and the names of witnesses you would need to access the original at Sheffield Archives.
