only word i can make out is villas .i think its the address of george halton ,the uncle.
could you post details of soldier then could look for george halton in 1901 see if sheds any light

In 1901 I have George working as an attendant in West Riding Asylum....but this seems different with the -?illas and Chidleton. I've looked for Chidleton in Leeds and can't find it.

The war record is for Charles George Frost, his nephew.

do we know where george died,married there is an asylum in cheddleton but thats in staffs
