Just looked at three photos taken over past four years, changes happening , but it's the last year (between 16 and 17) that has shown marked difference. In some it's later as we know. Nose, forehead, body shape has all changed - completely! Adams apple much more marked in last year. I'd scan the photos, but he'd be none too pleased - you know what they're like at that age Paulene

Rob looks like he has plucked his eyebrows since he was 14 He does, doesn't he!
Obviously what I said about him being Rob Lowe was tongue-in-cheek, but I do think the photo is of a young man. Some of the young guys who work for me (16-18 yrs old) are still quite baby-faced, without pronounced brow ridges, jawlines or Adam's apples. They may be wondering why I am scrutinising them so carefully this morning

Isles, You are correct - I don't like that word "butch" I find it low class and common......and it reflects a certain homophobia.

I want to thank you all for your ideas about Daisy.....I'm going to check out the 1920 census as Gadget suggests - looks like it could be promising.
I will lock this now but will post a new thread if I can nail down some positive news of Daisy Padget
