Would anyone be kind enough to colour this photograph?  Many thanks to anyone who may try.  Mary's eyes are blue and Frank's are green.

Has someone already attempted to fix it, some areas give that impression.

Its not easy redoing a restore that someone else has started, at least for me its not. I prefer to do the whole thing from scratch. As for the color....I am just learning that part and have a long way to go.
