A mainly working-class housing estate (blocks of flats) built between 1920-1930, similar to Peabody Buildings another social housing project. As far as I know it's still there.

Not necessarily poor, but working class and not so well off. It's social housing so for those who couldn't afford to buy or pay private rent.
