MOORE is such a common name that you will need to give some more information to enable somebody to try and help 
Was MOORE her married name or maiden name? Who and where did she marry? Which census have you already found her on, where was she then and names/dates & places of birth for children?

moore was her maiden name, she is listed on my great grandfathers birth cert horace james ellis as Srah Ellis previously Moore, her partners name (husband) is william joseph Ellis, my great grandfather was born in birmingham in 1882
cant find her on the early census.

In 1901 Horace Ellis (if I have the right one) is living as "wife's brother" in the household of Richard Evanson and Sarah E.A. Evanson in Birmingham: RG13/2830 folio 169 p39
This Sarah's 29 b London but not an Ellis at marriage to Richard:

Possible birth for Horace's "sister" (half-sister?) Sarah:

This would tie in with the birthplace of 9 yr old Sarah in the 1881 Ellis family which Casalguidi found above.
