Could anyone check for William Payne born ??1828 on the 1841 Census please?

1851  Census he's a servant in Exeter St Sidwell - also given as his birthplace.

1861 / 1871 Okehampton Census details give Witheridge (and his age fluctuates!!!)

His death appears to be registered just before 1881 Census.

This is a possible, was transcribed as PANE, a bit hard to read  :-

Many thanks - there seem to be several spelling variants but the location fits.
