workhouse lists of inmates

I have a George Hayward and mother Hannah Hayward living in Atchem union workhouse, Crosshouses parish of Berrington Shropshire, George's pauper babtisim 11 may 1834 by W . James curate, doe's anyone know if their are any lists of inmates for this period and how do i go about finding them.

Morning Howard, welcome to Rootschat  Grin

You will find lots of interesting information about workhouses at this link http://www.workhouses.org.uk/

Click on 'workhouse locations' on the menu on the left-hand side of the home page; then select English Poor Law Unions, then Shropshire and then Atcham. There is a lot of information about Atcham Workhouse and also notes on what records are available and where.
