I will find them wherever they are hiding

I'm still wondering why we can't find Margaret in 1861. Now it's is on the census, I know it's not the right part of Durham, but
Thomas Brown 79 Margeret Turnbull 19 Thomas Turnbull 84
Thomas Turnbull is the householder, a retired farmer, Thomas Brown is down as his brother? ? and Margaret is his grandaughter RG9/3762/108/31
I know it's clutching at straws but.... Thomas Turnbull was a husbandman on Robert's marriage cert.
Just to add, definition of husbandman. ) Tenant farmer 2) Farmer dealing with animals (14th century From the Anglo-Saxon husbonda) - a shepherd

Hi
Back ...dropped kate at school , did grocery shopping, unpacked it all and it's only 9;22am ...
Madpants wanted to be sure about Robert Turnbull snr's parentage.
In 1841 he is in Kelloe aged 26 (he's the enumerator so he seems to have been specific with his DOB) In 1851 he is 36 and stated b Pancher ?
so he is pretty consistent with his DOB of 1815.
On IGI there is this Birth and christening Robert TURNBULL b - 16 feb 1815 c - 26 Mar 1815 Whickham parents - William Turnbull and Ann Johnson
Whickham falls under Gateshead.
The birth of Robert Turnbull to parents William and MARGARET is 05 MAR 1816 Baptist Meeting House, Sunderland!
Where is Pancher? what reg district?
