could someone do a look up for a Joseph pennington born around 1793 on his marriage to Harriot chisell 1814 he belong to the diocese of chester .
He married in Huddersfield st peters where his children were baptized only have Christopher, Benjamin, Reuben ,1841census Harriot and children 1851 Harriot and son William
Joseph died 1840 aged 47 any help finding his birth.mother could be Mary?I have looked in the freeBDM

The online (free) IGI has baptisms of two further children of Joseph PENNINGTON & Harriet - Mary Ann 1813 and Joseph 1815.

You will not find Joseph's birth on FreeBMD - it includes only records from the Statutory Register.  Statutory Registration began in England in September 1837.

Have you searched the IGI for a possible baptism of a Joseph PENNINGTON in Cheshire 1793 +/- 10?

One possibility might be:
Joseph PENINGTON, bap 23 Oct 1789, High St Presbyterian Stockport Cheshire, parents John PENINGTON & Mary.
