Can anyone help? - Mansfield and Gillman

I have hit a brickwall on my Essex ancestors, the area I am looking at is not covered by the IGI.

The below is where I am stuck:

1. Daniel Mansfield born 28 Oct 1800 South Benfleet died 1867 in Benfleet
    Parents Thomas Mansfield (a Shoemaker) and Mary
    (Father: Thomas Mansfield born c1774 according the 1841 census)

I have the following marriage of a Thomas Mansfield and Mary Carter 10 Feb 1800 in Rochford, but haven't been able to obtain anything from that to enable me to  locate births/baptism/burials for Thomas Mansfield and his wife Mary or siblings to Daniel, to enable to trace back further. Also been unable to locate any wills (possibly never had one)

2. Sarah Gillman born c1798 in Hadleigh died 1874 in Benfleet. She is the wife of Daniel Mansfield above. She married Daniel on 5 Oct 1824 - St James The Less Church in Hadleigh, Essex. I have been unable to locate any birth/baptism for Sarah or any of her siblings to unable me to trace her parents and beyond.

If anyone is going to the Essex Records Office and would be so kind as to help I would be very grateful.
