Spalding birth/christening lookup request

Does anyone have access to the Spalding parish records?  If so, I was wondering when you have time, if you could look up a birth or christianing for a George ROBINSON born circa 1823.  I'm trying to find out who his parents were and of course a date of birth.  Thank you.

The only Goerge Robinson I can find for around that year was in Gosberton, which is only six miles from Spalding. He was baptised on 5 April 1821. Son of Richard and Ann. If this sounds right, I have also found some siblings for George. Just let me know if you want them. Smiley

Oh I don't know if its him!  BUT I will write it down anyway because it could be.  Could I please have his siblings - George had about 10 children so would like to see if there are any common names.  He didn't name any of his children Richard after his father but this doesn't always mean anything.  Thank you

I found this burial, it could be the child found by mew64 Sad

Date of burial: 14 May 1821
Age: Infant
Place of burial: Gosberton
Dedication: St Peter & St Paul



The only George ROBINSON of about the right age I can see in Spalding in 1841,

There is a member submitted christening for him on the IGI, which may make him too old Sad

Is he the one (aged 41 in 1861 census) married to Harriet?

The 1817 birth may not be too early for him ... he was in New Zealand probably in the late 1840s - still haven't found the ship and the name is so common hes difficult to trace.  He married in NZ.  I'll hunt out the children's names and list them hoping, hoping some might be the same as his mother/father.
