I doubt she is the mother of George Jnr - it would seem she married a widower. I thought I would be able to find Sophia & George in 1871 - very strange - is there any chance that they would have immigrated?
I think with the earlier ones Cassandra and John - there are probably transcription problems. I have looked using given names only without success - Cassandra may have been known as Cassie etc - or has been transcribed as Unusual names have the disadvantage in that they are usually wrongly transcribed. Common names are transcribed correctly, but there are often too many to find the right one - all gets tricky - I hope someone else is looking for you.

Sophia and Arthur were both listed as BOUCHER in 1851 - the relationship to the head of household looks like lodger for George (with a ditto for Sophia) but, as I said, is very difficult to read. If it said wife or any additional information I would have said so
It looks likely that they were "husband" "wife" and "son" given the matching ages and birthplaces - Arthur would be the same age and have the same birthplace as George in 1861 so they may well be one and the same child
