It looks as though the Phillips children came to Canada from The Middlemore Children's Home in Birmingham. I have some experience in dealing with Middlemore Children's Home records, because I have 7 Home Children that were the nieces and nephews of my grandfather that I have been tracing. I have a contact in Ottawa that may be able to help you get the children's records. Please send me a PM and I can arrange an email to my contact.

In the meantime.....check out this link to the BIFHSGO - Home Children

Hello Loretta,
I am pleased to say that I am a relative (Canadian) of Florence, one of the children you are referring to.  I would also like to find the relatives of her family who still reside in the UK.

Please give more information as to your relationship to the 3 children.
