Ann Daughter 17 St Neots
Charlotte Daughter 5 Eaton Socon
Elizabeth and Ann were the daughters of George and Sarah Franklin, George Franklin died before the 1851 Census which shows Sarah as a pauper .

Same address, similar neighbours, age is hard to read.
Brook side, St Neots, Hunts.
Joseph Chamberlain head wdr ? Shoemaker Aynesbury, Hunts.

I was just going to ask who Charlotte belonged to as she is enumerated with Elizabeth and Ann Franklin. Pam ...Charlotte is a Franklin 
I also tend to think the surname is Chamberlain and not Chamblin, as in 1851 Joseph and his family are living next door under the name Chamberlain.

Sarah Chamberlain/Chamblin was born in Eaton Socon Beds in 1818 daughter of John Payne. She married George Franklin and was widowed by the time of the 1851 Census. The daughters Lucy, Elizabeth and Ann were children of this marriage along with a son, George. Charlotte's birth, if correct is Franklin and was in Eaton Socon.I do not know who was her father. I cannot find an Ann in the Payne family.
