For the last two days I've been getting notifications about PM's I've received 4-5 hours earlier !!  Roll Eyes

At first I thought it was my email ..... but the times on the actual PM and on the notification are definitely 4-5 hours apart !

Just thought I'd mention it !!  Roll Eyes

I just this minute got a notification of a PM I received last night at 10pm your time !!

What is happening ? .... does anybody know ??

I'm receiving emails in the usual way regarding posts .... it's just the PM's that seem to be a problem !!

Is is any comfort that it happens to me regularly too?  Kiss

The oddest bit is when some days let's say I'm in constant contact with 4 people. E-mail notifications for PMs from person A, C and D will arrive immediately and all the ones for PMs from person B arrive several days later Huh

Seriously - do you allow pop-ups on Rootschat?  The PMs are the only pop-ups, as you probably know, so if you allow them they do at least appear, even if you don;t get the notifications til later.

When I'm on line ... I get the pop ups and answer nearly right away ..... but the notifications are coming much much later .... though the notifications for posts are coming within a few minutes !!  Smiley

Just seemed weird to me ... I just thought I would mention it !! but I wondered if I was answering them too fast !!  Tongue
