Is there anyone out there maybe with access to Ancestry who can help me find a marriage for a George Davies, a shoemaker, born 1814 in Orcop, and an Ann Rex (Rix) born 1828 in Pencoyd (nr Weston-under-Penyard) about 1846 Ann's father was a John Rex, innkeeper, deceased 1841
I have searched in vain so far and I think it unlikely Ann would have been married before On the 1851 census George and Ann are living in Woolhope with 2 children, Frances age 3 and Jane age 1
Any help would be much appreciated Thanks SC

Thanks so much for finding the marriage entry, didn't think Ann had another name or I might have found it In all the other records and censuses I have she is just listed as Ann Finally my puzzle is solved - I had her pretty well pieced together, she married twice, second marriage was to a William Davies - no relation! and was looking after an elderly aunt who was a Rex so I knew I was on the right track
Many thanks, I shall now order the certificate SC
