I had this transcribed as Harris, but you are probably correct.  I could not find either Henry Haines or Henry Harris in Hartpury in 1851 but Henry Haines was definitely there in 1841, aged 8.  The location in your transcript is Marslend Village, the vernacular version of Murrellsend!

I debated with myself about the name of the village.

Amazing how some parts of the 1861 are a pleasure to read and other parts drive you crazy trying to decipher the writing!   Huh
