Walton/ Hart marriage

I am looking for the parents of Clifford, John W. and Arthur E. Walton who were all  born in the Melton Mowbray district. BMD lists their mother's maiden name as Hart but I have tried IGI and BMD but not been able to figure out which Walton she was married to.  The oldest child, John, was born in 1911 in the Melton Mowbray district.  If I had to guess I would suggest Wymondham as his actual place of birth, as that's where most of my Waltons lived. 
Clifford was my grandfather's cousin and good friend. Since my grandfather is gone, we are curious how he fits into the family. 
Can anyone have a look at the marriage records for the area and find out which Walton married a Hart and had the 3 children? 
Thanks in advance for any info. you can give me.

Tried working backwards from BMD for a marriage between a Hart and Walton and ended up finding single page entries for an Amelia Lucy Hart and William Shelton Walton.  I could trace Amelia as born in Nether Broughton in 1876 and her mother Lucy was born in Wymondham ( which is where a lot of my Waltons are from.)Unfortunately, I can find no birth entry for William Shelton Walton in IGI.  From BMD I know his birth was in the Dec. 1883 Melton Mowbray district records, but I still am searching high and low for his parents.  I have tried BMD hoping that his second name is his mother's maiden name, but can't find a Shelton marrying a Walton in the right era.  Any ideas out there?
