Hi RootsChatters,
These are all baptisms of children of William (born 1800) and Hannah BERRY in Findon.
1823 Apr 14 Eliza Ann 1824 Apr 28 Henry 1830 Nov 21 Reuben 1833 Mar 31 Edward 1835 Jun 05 Louisa

I'd really appreciate a lookup in the 1841 census for Bill, Hannah & the kids.
Thanks in advance, Stovepipe

This is very odd, Stovepipe, I can't find them in 1841, even using the wildcard & taking out the surname for parents & children Maybe someone else can have a rummage around. They seem to have married in the neighbouring parish of Washington,
Washington, West Sussex, Date: -- --- 1821: William BERRY, bach Hannah CHARMAN, sp (B) jane

Many thanks for your help, everybody.
The marriage and deaths are much appreciated. It's a shame the family's missing from the censuses - I didn't expect that, but they are only a side branch of my tree. Perhaps they emigrated.
Cheers, Stovepipe

Hello,
Did your Louisa married John William Bletsoe and at one time lived in Brighton, West Sussex?

Hi Rozy,
I can't answer your question - I've only just started looking into William & Hannah's family. If I find out what happened to their daughter Louisa I'll let you know. (But I'm not optimistic now that they can't be found in the censuses.)
Brighton's in East Sussex by the way (but not too far from the border with West Sussex).
Regards, Stovepipe
