Hi please can some one help me. After spending some time trying looking up my father in laws family history I found that I was looking in to the wrong tree, So now I am starting once more). I live in Cornwall and as far as I can see most of the Chappell family also lived in Cornwall, around the Penzance and St Ives area.
I am looking for the info on James CHAPPELL and Emma SMITH who lived in Milton R.D. ?. I think may have got married in 1867.
Any info on this family and their children would be of great help to me so I can restart this tree.
James and Emma had a son called Alfred Edward CHAPPELL. My father in laws Father
I also think James and Emma moved back to the Penzance area not long after they were married.
Thank you for your help with this matter. Best wishes George

Hi
Have just been on the phone to John CHAPPELL (my father in law) and this is some of the info he has just told me. James Woolcock CHAPPELL m Emma SMITH The father of James Chappell was also called James and lived at Zennor near Lands End.
James and Emma moved back to Cornwall and lived at Nancledra near Penzance.
If I could find the Family of James and Emma in Milton and if they had any children before moving back to Cornwall.
On the marriage cert Alfred was a Widower and his father James was deceased at the time of Alfred's Marriage.
Sorry nothing more to help
George

Thanks for the info I have no time to work throw it now but will get back with it tomorrow evening. Looks like some of it matches with what I found on the other family so will give you a brake down of what I found that matches then.
Thank you ever so much for the help
Regards George
