Queen Victoria's statue Rawalpindi 1905

This statue was located on Rawalpindi Mall till the mid 1960s. Was pulled down and lay in a warehouse for some 25 years. has since been refurbished and now stands in the British High Commision in Islamabad. It has lost its arms in the interim. In the background is the Pindi Club cricket ground, a Test and ODI venue. In the pic the sight screen is visible to the left of the statue.
