1851/61 census lookup chapel-en-le-frith

please could someone look the following family up on the 1851 and 61 census please. following info from 1871 census kindly supplied by sunflower of rootschat;
rowland hartle h 55 chapel joiner
eliza w 56 anston yorks
isabella d 25 chapel waitress
robert s 18 chapel cotton mill hand
joseph s 10 chapel "
then three grandaughters who won't appear on 1861 census but do appear in 1881 so am wondering who their parents were and if they were orphaned unless illegitimate children of isabella, many thanks janet
