Hi
I was looking for James CROKER born about 1829 apparently Lacock Wiltshire father James mother unknown.

I had recently placed a message on the board for James CROAKER and father John this was all wrong.
and i am sorry to Paula who had gone out of her way to give me some info.
If there is some kind person who could locate this James CROKER for me i would appreciate it very much

the nearest i can se on the BIVRI VOL 2 is this one-james crocker baptised 9th feb 1823 lacock .parents james crocker and mary ann

Yes I too had seen that one but it does not tally up with all the Census I have come accross but I have kept it on my records.
I have also tried to find a James for his father about 1800 but they are rare too .
