The Blennerhassett Challenge
« on: Thursday 05 June 08 15:59 UTC (UK) »

I'm not sure whether this has cropped up on Rootschat before, but it's featured in the latest edition of the IHGS newsletter and looks right up Rootschatters' street! (Disclaimer: I've only had a very brief look at it myself, and have virtually no knowledge or experience whatsoever in relation to Irish FH research).

You're right there Anna - it does sound right up Rootschatters' street!  Maybe if this was placed on the 'Common Room' Board more people might see it?  Just a thought... I must confess a slight interest here since I have those Blennerhassets (the Protestant ones from Kerry)  in my tree, connected to Rowan and Huggard.  So thank you for point this challenge out - it certainly looks tricky!

It does look tricky!

If you think it would be better in the Common Room, feel free to refer it to the moderators for their consideration (I'm not allowed to report my own post).

Hope it throws up stuff relevant to your tree too Smiley
