Hi,
According to GENUKI the original records for Blanchland parish are in Northumberland Archives at Woodhorn, the Bishop's transcripts are with Durham University Special Collections at Palace Green and they say that for the date you are looking for Blanchland is covered by IGI.
If you still can't find him then nearby parishes may hold a clue. Blanchland is in Corbridge Deanery but also very close to Hexham Deanery AND right on the Durham border so good luck with that!

Hi
I was in Northumberland Archives today and had a quick look at the Blanchland baptisms between 1802 and 1812. Sorry to report that there was no surname Willis mentioned.
