Corel Paint Shop Pro PhotoX2
« on: Monday 09 June 08 15:31 BST (UK) »

After recently buying a new computer with dreaded Vista, I updated my photo editor to Corel Paint Shop Pro PhotoX2, not a cheap purchase.  I am not knocking the programme, I am sure it is very good, if I could use it.  The problem is a conflict with  my mouse, which is a Logictech cordless Laser mouse.  This mouse works fine on all other programmes, the only conflict is with Corel.  I have downloaded the update for PaintShop Pro PhotoX2 but this has made no difference.
I have tried contacting Corel but I defy anyone to manage to find the actual contact address, they make it so complicated.  Has anyone any idea why this conflict is happening and what can be done to rectify it.  Regards Jean

Thank you for your interest.  I have all the updates and other suggestions.  I had already found the link to Corel, and still stand by what I said earlier.  Anyone who tries to contact Corel direct is in for a shock.  All I have been getting all day (week) is a re-direct via sattelite signal, then back to suport then back to re-direct, like a flipping yo-yo.  Any other ideas?
