Frederick William Howsego is a bit tricky, I can't find a birth for him or an appearance on any census...
There is a Frederick Housego with dad George born 1869 in Norfolk on the 1881 census, birth is a little earlier than I'd have wanted but he could have been lenient with the truth on his marriage cert, do you want the details?

Hmmmmm I don't think the Norfolk Frederick is yours, his birth record doesn't have the William middle name, however that may have been added at a later date....
There is a 1875 birth for a Frederick William Housego in Mile End though.... but I can't see him on any census

Don't know whether these Howsegos will tie in with yours but love the last child's name! Obviously had a a sense of humour (think it should be Arthur, as, in 1852, theres a death registration for an Arthur Howsego in Westbourne)

I think this is David Morris' wife and family in 1851 (this is the only Elizabeth I can find born in Herts at approx the right time)
Green Something Cottage, Great Hadham George Rowley, head, 34, Ag Lab Harriet Rowley, wife, 35 Mary Rowley, dau, 14 George Rowley, son, 8 Emily Rowley, dau, 6 Elizabeth Rowley, dau, 4 Jane Rowley, dau, 2 Eliza Rowley, dau, 1 month
All born in Great Hadham except Harriet (wife) who was born in Sawbridgeworth
I think on later censuses after Elizabeth married David her birth place should be Hadham not Wadham, H and W can be easily confused in old handwriting
