I am trying to find Moses Bastow in the 1841 and 1851 census records.
The information I do have;
Moses was born about 1835 in West Yorkshire. He had a brother John born about 1833 also in West Yorkshire.

Thank you Down Under, I did find the bapt record for the Moses age 40 in the 1841 census, he seemed to be the only Moses I could find. Thought I was on to a winner with Moses as it seems to be an unusual name to go with Bastow.
Cas; Thank you too, this looks very possible as the 2 brothers names fit as do their ages. I will have to Find Moses's wedding reg to Ellen ? to confirm if Isaac was indeed his father.

Just looked at the census for 41 and 51, Helen seems to be too young to be John and Moses's mum. There is a big age gap too between Moses and the next child Abraham. Leading me to believe Helen is possibly Isaac's 2nd partner.

Thanks for looking I do appreciate it.
Just found 2 weddings for Isaac,
He married Sarah Wright 3/2/1832
2nd spouse Ellen Fenton 3/2/1843. Could be mistaken for Helen.
Found a bapt record for Moses, 01/02/1835 Bradford, parents Isaac and Sarah Bairstow. John Bapt 28/05/1833 father Isaac and Sarah.

I have been stuck on this for ages, it just needs that one piece of info and everything seems to happen at once.
I have found a parish record for I think Isaac's parents wedding Moses Bastow and Peace Pool (lovely name) 27/01/1801. Might explain Isaac's daughter Peace.
Isaac would be my gggg grandad.
