 hi could someone help please, i need to look at the census for 1871 for joseph age 17, also can anyone find him before need to know his mother and father!!!

Find me in the Yellow Pages.

Then you'll have to get the 1884 marriage cert to provide the additional clues, and buy the birth cert if you can locate it in index.

hi there , i know seems odd for the 1861, but we do know he went to india with his wife after 1884 , but he should be about for the 1881 census 
looks like i will have to get is birth cert to find out his parents, reason this is important is because he married a alice paston so i need to know how close relation they were and where i fit them in with all the other pastons
