Not sure how to explain further than has already been shown ....


in 1881 Laura and William are shown as Maria's mother Elizabeth's GrandChildren - possibly Maria's Neice and Nephew, they've never shown Maria as other than an unmarried daughter.


For some reason by the time they are enumerated in the 1891 Census, they are shown as Maria's Daughter and Son. I suppose they could be !

There are a number of people researching this family on Ancestry .com & the trees are public ie you can see them.

No one appears to have a Husband for Ellen Maria Kerrison. but there. is a lot of other info.

Do you have a subscription to Ancestry.com?

If not it may well be worth a sub.

Having been researching for some 7 years now, I find ancestry the most effective tool to enable you to find family & others researching your family lines.

I would recommend a subscription if finances allow, it will open up a huge amount of research material to you.
