Does anyone recognise this man?

My g.grandparents stayed together from at least 1883 until she died in 1926, but I can't find a marriage cert anywhere. It's not unusual.

Well done Hiraeth, 
Looks like she married Christopher Sanders as I have found them together in 1871. Mary Hannah Sanders is 30 and born in Lambeth.They have her 23 year old brother George Tulett living with them.
Some of the kids are probably his before this marriage as they are teenagers.
RG10/1647 Folio: 51 Page: 22
Sadly there isn't a Mary Sanders marriage to a Johnathan Puttman either

I found a death for Christopher David SANDERS, age 60 in Hackney Sept 1889, 1b 281 on Free BMD

I don't think that the Mary in 1881 is the same one as in 1891.
Newby has said that she only had the birth cert of John b 1892.
His mum was nee Tulett.
That isn't necessarily the same one as 1881 ,mum of Willie and Rose.
Neither of whose births I can find for sure on Free BMD.
This IS a puzzle isn't it

There is a birth registered in St George in the East - June quarter 1853, vol 1c 43?, for a Mary Ann REECE - she matches with the marriage that bearkat found and the age of the one on the 1881 census?

One things strikes me with this family- ages.
Hannah can't be Marie's mum surely- there's 57 years between them.
So either Marie's age is wrong,or she's her grandma.
Why is Rose now only 9 when she was 1 ten years ago.
Did they all pop over to Ireland and mum gave birth to Mary there?

Maybe John/Jonathan married Mary Ann Tulett there - either c1873 or c1887 if Mary & Esther were a second family?
