I've just had a quick look on the IGI and there are several Thomas Sellers (var sp) with father Thomas, with all mothers Jane, Ann and Mary christened in about the right timeframe. I think you might need to give a few more details to try to narrow the family down.
Do you have any idea whereabouts in Yorkshire the family are from?
Also wondering where you got the information about the family and why you think mother's name may be one of three possiblilites?
Where did you get Thomas date of birth from? 1780 + is a fairly broad timescale 
Do you have further information which may help find Thomas?
