Hi Everyone ,
I am searching for anything on Francis O'Neill who married Katherine Feeney . Francis was listed as a Coachman .
They had about 9 children , and on one of the childrens records it states that they were from - Millbrook , Killeigh , Co. Offaly , Ireland . They were Roman Catholic .
the chidrens names were -
Francis - b. circa 1877
William - b. 13 May 1879 in Millbrook , Killeigh
Thomas -
Bernard -
Patrick or Peter
Katherine
Margaret
Mary
Charles
Around the early 1900's some of the children went to Scotland . Francis married in Scotland in 1907, his brother Bernard was his witness . William died in Scotland in 1951 .
I do not know what happened to the rest of the family . I only have information on Francis and William .

Thank you very much for this information . Could you please tell me where you found it ?
Also , I see on some of the names the O' isn't on the last name . Is that just error or were some of the children listed a Neill instead of O'Neill ?
And was there a record for Bernard ?
Sorry to ask so many questions , it's just that I have had a roadblock for mths on this family . Everyone thought they were from Killeigh , Co. Cork and I had been searching there , and of course with no luck . Until I found another living O'Neill descendant living in Australia , who gave me Williams information . She is of Williams line of the family . I am of Francis' line .

Thank you for the information . I believe the last O'Neills that you posted are mine from Killeenmore .
Charles O'Neill married Ellen Gallagher . Does it happen to say whether the Francis in the census is the father or the brother ? Charles also had a sister named Mary , who eventually came to America with her husband - ? Lamb . I believe the Lamb name is very popular in Co. Offaly .
I am hoping that if Francis is listed as the father than that means that he died in Ireland . Is there a way to find out ?
