If no one is able to help with this it might be worth contacting the volunteer who offers lookups from the Bromeswell Parish Registers at The Suffolk Surname List.

Hi Vella
I had a look at Bromeswell PR and there were several King families baptising children around this time. However the only Elizabeth King I could find was baptised 2nd Aug 1805 (bn 29 July 1805) but buried 5th Sept 1808 aged 3. She was daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth King (late Burrows/Burroughs).
I have noted the baptisms of their other children but could not see another Elizabeth, either born to them or any other family. If you want the siblings' baptisms, let me know.
Sorry
Anne

Hello Annes, Thankyou very much - there do seem to be so many KING families in the area. I originally thought my Elizabeth was the daughter of John and Elizabeth nee Ringe King b. 1791 but on finding her burial record I discovered that she died in 1833 aged 32 so have to restart my search! Perhaps she was born elsewhere? vella

Hi Vella
Did she marry? Her parish of settlement would be given on her marriage entry. This may not be her parish of birth but it might point you in the right direction.

Hi, Yes she married my 3xgrt grandfather William Levett in St. Edmund's Bromeswell in 1822. She is also buried there with 2 of her infant children. There is a large plot of other King family members buried there too but I have not yet made the connection with Elizabeth.

According to their marriage entry on the Suffolk Marriage Index, they were both "of the parish" of Bromeswell. As she doesn't seem to have been baptised there she seems to have made it her parish of settlement by 1822.
Sadly this doesn't help much.

Hello Rick, Thankyou for looking that up for me. I think the KINGS are going to prove a difficult family to unravel! Will keep searching! Vella
